This book is a collection of insightful thoughts on Life's challenges, survival, nature, passion, and a woman's search for inner light. The prose are short but thought provoking. It touches on many aspects of living and stirs the soul to observe life. The author takes a poignant look at reaching for spirit, survival and awakening the heart. Even when the present path is ominous, there is comfort within/without our inner light.

Reviews

Barbarah's book has touched me at many levels. As a woman, I can relate to her many musings that are written with deep gentleness, joy and yes, even pain. Her section on Awakenings is one of my favorites...such as "Auntie", "Suppose" and "Listen".
The Love and Passion chapter, speaks of a woman's deep longing for love, expressed in sensual and spiritual expression. "Cool" expresses this so well, as does "Weightless." This little book of "jottings" is a must read, because it covers many aspects about life. If you are a person who feels life deeply or wants to, you will love this! - Joy McMahon, Spokane, WA.

[A] beautiful book bursting with reflection and inspiration... A tool of empowerment for healing... Barbarah's words ring deep and the emotional impact is truthful and freeing.
