The opinions offered in this book are strictly those; opinions. My observations, experiences and my dismay are documented in such a way as to share, and alert others; in the hopes that the future could change, before it might be too late. The fact is the fact. I believe that all service providers, whether in the food industry, hospitality industry or the health industry, need further education; in hygiene, disease control, logic, etiquette, and customer service. This book will hopefully open your eyes, to the potential disasters brewing out there in your midst; unless you are prepared to take responsibility for the potential harmful effects heading our way, the outcome could be detrimental to all. If we do nothing, that is all that will remain; nothing. The right person for the job, because of a piece of paper that stipulates he had completed a 2 hour course; in a language he does not speak, does not make him qualified in any country. This book will document some problematic experiences in hygiene which have occurred along the way; and the ramifications, and changes which had to occur. The future in hygiene for now is bleak. And unless proper guidance and education is provided, every civilized country will become no different to a third world country; ravaged by diseased. It may sound impractical, or even paranoid. But the fact is the fact. Education is the key. And our thought process has to change, in order to help us all, survive the possible, and most likely potential; disease.
