This book presents a model of your internal life in three distinct layers. Those layers are the psychic self, the intuitive self and the spiritual self. Each of these layers has its own components, purpose and way of communicating internally with each other. Having an understanding of this model will give you a framework for thinking about what drives you and how various components of your own inner nature can work together more effectively.
