有头疽是发生在肌肤间的急性化脓性疾病。其特点为初起,有粟米大的脓头,故有未老先白头之说,继而脓头相继增多,形如莲蓬状,又如蜂窝状。整个病程为1个月左右。若患者体虚或有糖尿病,局部和全身症状都很严重。处理不当时可引起败血症。中医谓之“疽毒内陷”。以脑疽最多见。本病病因为外感风邪湿毒,以致气血凝滞,邪毒聚于肌肤之间;或因情绪内伤,劳伤精气,火邪炽盛;或因过食油腻厚味之品,湿热火毒内生等,导致脏腑蕴毒凝聚肌表,营卫不和、气血凝滞所致。亦有消渴病,阴虚之体,火毒灼盛引起; 或因高年之体气血两亏,不能托邪外出,以致病情加重。故临床上出现热毒火灼型、阴虚火旺型、气血两虚型。治疗以清热解毒、养阴清热、调补气血。
