肛裂是指肛管的皮肤全层裂开，并形成感染性溃疡。肛裂主要特点是疼痛、便血、便秘。肛裂发生的原因系血热肠燥，大便干结，排便暴力努张，致使肛门皮肤损伤、染毒而成。初期治疗以清热润燥为主，肛裂反复发作可手术治疗。
