Amongst Equals: More Dialogue with J. Krishnamurti

The book 'Living Without Fear' initiated a series of dialogues between Jiddhu Krishnamurti (1895-1986) and Paddy McMahon (Patrick Francis). The dialogues continue in this book; they range over a wide variety of themes, for example, conditioning is whatever restricts one from being free in one's thoughts, people get themselves boxed into corner when they see themselves as having no choice but to continue as they are, there aren't real choices unless people are free in themselves, an ideal state of being is simply being true to yourself, what does being true to yourself mean to you? Being yourself does not require you to be a martyr under any circumstances, aggression spawns counter aggression in spiralling patterns of negative energy that spreads across and around the Universe.
