Bacon Bible - The Best Unique Bacon recipes Ever!!

I've enjoyed cooking and baking for as long as I can remembeber. In particular, I like trying new combinations of flavours and textures. Until about a year ago my cooking didn't really have much of a focus, I'd experiment with everything and excel at nothing, and then I was introduced to bacon ice cream and I immediately realised what my calling in life was: I must show that bacon has thousands of uses beyond its standard role as a sandwich filler or burger topping! So that's what the Bacon Bible is all about - inventing new uses for bacon, or improving boring old recipes by adding a bacon twist, if your prefer. That said, I still love a bacon burger/sandwich, and will definitely be dedicating a lot of time to finding the ultimate recipe (or recipes, rather; why limit yourself? People are really boring when it comes to using bacon as a topping. They just fry it and that's it, done. Why not marinate it? Or caramelise it?
