The organization got Abercrombie & Fitch, and in 1992 transformed a personal school into a huge house that later on ended up being Epstein's in the most affluent part of Manhattan on the Upper East Side. In 1996, Epstein altered the name of his company to The Financial Trust Business and based it on the island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
