A man's art becomes his own worst enemy...

Overview:
The markings of Hell cut skin deep...

Terry Russell is a struggling tattoo artist and guitar player in a local heavy metal band, living just on the outskirts of Jackson, Mississippi. His bouts with depression are made worse by his mother's battle with cancer and his constant struggle to keep his relationship with his girlfriend in tact.

Already fighting to hold himself together, Terry begins to hear voices and have haunting dreams. He develops a strange tremble in his hand, and things take a sudden turn when one of his clients ends up mysteriously and brutally murdered, and two detectives show up at the tattoo shop to question him.

Caught in the middle of a murder investigation, Terry fights to not only hold his relationship together and clear himself of a crime he didn't commit, but also rid his mind of the forces haunting it.

"Page-turning, gut-wrenching and blood-soaked. Bohannon delivers high-intensity horror with a sly punch that you won't see coming." - K.R. Griffiths, Best-Selling Horror Author of 'Adrift' & 'The Wildfire Chronicles'

Lines of the Devil is a 65,000 word novel.

Are you a fan of demonic possession, exorcism, and ghost stories? Then you'll love Lines of the Devil!

Author Q&A:
What is Lines of the Devil about?
Without giving too much away, LOTD follows a heavy metal loving tattoo artist who starts to have visions and hear voices. People around him mysteriously start to die, and he slowly finds he is at the center of it. It's got a unique demonic and supernatural element to it that readers have loved.

You've said this is your favorite book you've wrote...
Absolutely. I think it mostly has to do with how personal this book is. Terry, the main character, has a lot of me in him. The tattoo shop he works at is based on the shop I got all my tattoos in, and there are characters and events all over the book based on people I know and things that happened to me. It basically represents my 20's.

What inspired Lines of the Devil?
This was originally released as a 5,000 word short story called Inked, but I just had too many ideas and readers were too curious. So, I turned it into a 65,000 word novel.

You love heavy metal, huh?
Absolutely. Of all kinds.

What's your next tattoo going to be?
I'm not sure I wanna get more after writing this book!
