Not Another Travel Guide (NATG) takes you on a three day, two night slice through North Central Oregon.

Stops include Bend, Pendleton, Glass Buttes, Peter S. Ogden View Point with the Crooked River, plus many others. This trip is a combination of high-octane NATG and the more in-depth spend-a-little-time off the beaten path NATG through the rolling hills over The Dalles (yes, the "The" is not only capitalized, but a required part of the city name. What do you expect from a state where the residents aren't allowed to pump their own gas? - Sorry, Oregon, I couldn't resist the stab, especially after being in Bend at 3:30AM and unable to put gas in the car) down through the beautiful basalt plains before a hook through the central plateaus to angle up through Malhuer National Forest to our pandering of Pendleton.

From the Columbia River to the Deschutes River across seasonally parched (but not during our season - this is *still* a NATG book) sage plateau to the swollen Umatilla River and back to rolling on with the Columbia puddle along, you'll travel with us through over two hundred images. Where we manage to find and explore every official rest stop and toilet along the way, with our usual 'construction blues' interludes throughout... even upon welcoming us back to Washington.

So settle in to enjoy another visual feast that you can pass-off as your own virtual vacation, warts and all.

The Sturgeons' General has confirmed consumption of Not Another Travel Guides to be part of a well-balanced, educated, great person's reading list, and may help reduce the risk of mental illness, hemorrhoids, hair loss, and tooth decay. This product is nearly 100% organic if eaten off papyrus paper printed with soy ink. (Batteries not included. Some assembly required. Not all statements have been confirmed with scientifically rigorous testing. Then again, if you're seriously going to print this out on a papyrus scroll using organic soy ink, you're probably gullible enough to believe anything.)
