Teaching In The Spirit

If there is going to be a difference in this world, it will not come from rules, demonstrations, educational workshops and public service announcements. While these things may make a brief shift in behaviour, in the end they will not last. The only hope for real change lies with our children. That brings the ball squarely back into our court. For our children to have a brighter future, one in which true contentment and happiness are available, they need to know there is a better way to live. That better means putting aside all the posture and patterns we have accumulated over time, and returning to our true nature. It's master's have told us throughout history, but we have chosen largely to ignore. "Teaching In The Spirit"  suggests that just possibly those changes everyone talks about are right under our noses, and all we need to do is acknowledge them, and then pass them on to our children.

For anyone who deals with children, be it teacher, instructor, coach or parent, this book offers an alternative approach to learning, one geared towards the whole child, which leads them towards the path of self-knowledge and discovery. In addition to exploring a new paradigm in education, “Teaching In The Spirit” introduces practical methods of exploring these values in the classroom in engaging and creative ways.
