The Dark Sacrament
A thousand years ago, the ruler of the Rune Mages attempted to divide the world of Atheon in exchange for control over the six elemental planes of power: Earth, Wind, Water, Fire, Life and Death. The Klah'hin, barbarian clans with the ability to transform into mythic beasts, ended this goal during a war that lasted nearly a half a century, but at a great cost. Most of the Klah'hin barbarian clans disappeared during the cataclysmic ending of the Clan War leaving only a few scattered tribes to survive the wilds.

The Survivors
When the Gray Griffons clan is eradicated in a mass execution, Darius and Cyrus Redblade, the last warriors of the clan, must hunt down the murderous Azende Erikarn and his Stygian Order to get justice for their fallen kin. As they hunt their quarry, they learn of the reason behind the genocide: the souls of their kin are to be used to power the Core Stone, an ancient artifact that has the ability to release a long forgotten demigod from his prison and allow him to continue his quest to rule all of Atheon by controlling the very elements that created it.

"The bloodied hand once grasps the stone incites the thirst within. A distant ancient soul aroused beyond the bearing's grin."
