The horny goat weed series of cookery books have been written to incorporate the herb, horny goat weed, into enjoyable food recipes. Horny goat weed is a Chinese traditional herbal remedy which is prescribed to boost sexual desire, to treat erectile dysfunction, to alleviate menopausal symptoms and to treat fatigue and it also can be taken to encourage health and well-being.
The recipes have been designed to incorporate the strong flavour of horny goat weed, and each recipe uses less than the recommended daily allowance of 1000mg of horny goat weed, so that one can serve both a starter and main course whilst remaining comfortably within the RDA.
The soup recipe book contains 40 recipes which are easy to cook and nutritious and range from a simple mushroom soup, to a slightly more complex lamb soup with herby dumplings, and as there a variety of ingredients there should be something for every palate. Also included in this book is a recipe to make herb bread and some helpful tips on how to make soup toppings and croutons.
All of the recipes contain horny goat weed but you can omit this ingredient and still cook tasty foods.
If planning an evening of seduction, my recommendation is to serve a soup dish before the main course as the body absorbs and distributes the soup contents easily due to its consistency and, by serving a main course, this also gives time for the horny goat weed to activate. But horny goat weed doesn’t necessarily need to be used for sexual pleasure as it can be consumed on a daily basis to promote well-being.
The recipes have been developed to serve healthy portions to 2 people as the majority of people prefer to keep to this number when planning a night of passion.
Warning! Horny goat weed is unsuitable for anyone under the age of 18, lactating or pregnant women. Anyone with heart problems or any medical problem should consult with a doctor before trying any of the recipes in this book. Anyone who is taking aspirin is advised not to mix this medicine with horny goat weed.
Further warning! The author accepts no responsibility for frisky behaviour, lustfulness or any sexual urges arising from the consumption of horny goat weed.
