This book contains, in concentrated form, the practical and theoretical findings from my long-standing personal conflict with eczema, hay fever, and asthma. Today, I am cured of these diseases, not thanks to conventional medicine or any miracle cure, but because I adhere to certain rules that I discovered by self-experimentation. These rules, which I have called the Peter Alderman Five Step Program, do not treat the symptoms of the allergic afflictions but rather their root causes. By using this method, you too can find a way to an allergy-free future.

Peter F. Alderman suffered from eczema as a child, and as a teenager developed a pollen allergy and, briefly, asthma. The realisation that he was allergy free for a week after returning from a holiday triggered the search for the cause of his allergies. Following a quest for almost 20 years for the real causes of allergies he is finally allergy free. In this book, 'The Real Causes of Allergies', this information is made available to all of us who suffer from eczema, hay fever, asthma and allergic conditions finally giving us the opportunity to be allergy free forever. Dr Thomas Bohner trained to be a professional athlete until he was 18 years old. Sadly allergic asthma struck and his sporting career came to an early end. He then studied Pharmacy at the University of Zurich where he obtained his doctorate and began an investigation into the background and possible causes of allergies. He made his environment as free from mites as possible and avoided all products containing industrially produced enzymes Finally, he became symptom-free. After 20 years of research and development, he has a business and laboratory for the study of allergy causes and the development of products for allergy prevention.
