"A healed heart is a happy heart and a happy heart feels good" - Ms Write
Writer, Entrepreneur & Crystal Guide, Ms Write, discovered the seeds of self-healing that help one grow from the traumatic moments they experience in life. The Root, is an unstructured self-healing book created to illustrate the 3 keys on how to overcome painful situations and traumatic experiences. The book is filled with diverse material including poetry, anecdotes, activities, affirmations, positivity, and more to help the reader understand self-healing through a different perspective.
After experiencing a traumatic situation at 5 years-old that ultimately changed her life for 15 years, Ms Write decided one day that she needed to change. She wanted everything to change. But change required healing and healing required vulnerability, honesty, and acceptance. At the age of 20, she began her healing journey which was when she was introduced to the concept of mental health and wellbeing. Ms Write was deep into the mental health movement until around age 24 when she experienced a self-awakening moment and realized there was still an imbalance in her life and in her heart.
Between the ages of 20-22, Ms Write was led to different altitudes of self-awakening and self-transformation but it wasn't until she reached 22-23 years-old when she noticed that many people, including herself, were only healing the surface of their trauma and painful situations. She believes people have neglected to dig deeper to contemplate the who's, what's, when's, where's, why's and the how's of their pain. People tend to focus on watering the surface forgetting that pain and trauma have depth -- has a root -- that needs to be healed.
There is a root to all pain and to overcome that pain and allow your heart to blossom, Ms write advocates her 3 keys on healing the internal root. From her own research and personal experience, Ms Write was able to heal her internal roots that were still connected to the traumatic experiences she faced growing up. Her roots are healed and her surface is blossoming.
Ms Write wrote The Root to teach others the importance of healing, happiness, and self-power. Her goal is for readers to be inspired to heal their mind, spirit, and heart because a healed heart is a happy heart and a happy heart feels good.
"When solving problems, dig at the roots instead of just hacking at the leaves." - Anthony J. D'Angelo
