The Search for the Invisible Lady

Ever since her uncle destroyed her family and took control of the Fraser clan, Lady Rowena Fraser has hidden in the Scottish Lowlands under the disguise of Rory Fairburn. Reported to have died at the hands of their enemy, the MacKenzie, Rory and her younger brother were separated and hidden to avoid capture by her uncle. But when a renewed search for them begins, Rowena is forced to travel back to the Highlands as the squire for the powerful MacKenzie laird, Trevor MacKenzie, until she can join her brother. If only she didn't find him so attractive.

Trevor MacKenzie sees the wisdom of joining the search for the missing Fraser siblings even though he believes that they are dead. If he could find Rowena, he could use her as a political pawn to finally destroy the Fraser clan's cruel leader and clear his father's name. But being stuck with the unusual Rory Fairburn is a distraction that he doesn't need on the eve of battle or in his search. Now the race is on to find Rowena, and Trevor plans on being the winner.
