About the Author: Chris Pullenayegem emigrated from Sri Lanka to Canada with his wife and three children in 2001. His background in law and psychology, extensive leadership experience in private, not-for-profit and public organizations and his life experience in multi-religious, multi-ethnic contexts have given him an incredible perspective on life. Chris is a diehard pragmatist for whom knowledge must ultimately translate to change, which accounts for his excellence in developing curriculum and training materials for change.
