Do Blondes have more fun?
“No!” would have been my answer many years ago.
My girl friend turned to me and said, “It’s all because of your blond hair. Mine use to be like yours but thank God, it darkened before I was twelve and you would never have known I was blond.”
I looked surprised at her not quite grasping what she meant.
“Well,” she went on, “The only blond girls, grown up ones, I mean, are the bleached blond and not so nice kind, who work the streets.”

Annelise Sievert left a comfortable life to keep her family together. Family and Friends helped her take her three kids to the US. There she struggled to make the income to raise her children. Her determination drove her to improve herself and her capabilities. She worked as a clerk. She became a star insurance sales person. She was an Arthur Murray dance instructor. She became a surgical nurse. There were numerous other areas of work. She never stopped.
She had one true love; Hans Uwe Sievert. One story in Highlights touches on their meeting.
